We guarantee that the rates found through our official website are the lowest in comparison to other online sources for same day searches. If you find a lower rate, please contact us and we will gladly match it upon verification.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel their reservation 24 hours before day of arrival for Friday and Saturday reservations and by 4pm on the day of arrival Sunday – Thursday. A penalty of one night’s room and tax will be charged for cancellations within this time frame. No shows will also be charged one night’s room and tax. Modify / Cancel Current Reservation

The Best Western Charleston Inn accepts all major credit cards.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. If late check-out is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Guarantee Policy

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy

The Best Western Charleston Inn has a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night. The hotel has rooms designated as pet rooms so please notify us if you are traveling with a pet. If you fail to do so, we will charge a cleaning fee of $125 per night.

Smoking Policy

The Best Western Charleston Inn is a 100% smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
